  • Yes, helmets, jackets, gloves, and navigation is available at an additional cost.

  • The law requieres helmet to be worn at all times and gloves outside urban areas.

  • Yes, €30 for a pick up or drop off if it's within Barcelona. Pick up/drop off outside Barcelona is possible, cost will be determined upon consultation.

  • You must be over 25 years old and have more than 2 years of driving experience to rent our motorcycles. A valid motorcycle driving license recognized in Spain is required: any license issued by a E.U. country or an International Driver’s Permit (IDP) if you’re a license holder from outside the E.U.

  • If your license has been issued from a country outside the E.U., then yes. However, it is easy and inexpensive to acquire. It can be done at any AAA branch for $20 if you’re from the U.S.

  • Our motorcycles can be used in other countries. You must notify us of the countries you plan to visit during the rental in the comments section of the booking form. Please note that not all motorcycles are suitable for unpaved roads. Feel free to contact us, and we will provide you with all the necessary information.

  • It is strictly prohibited to use Moto Map Travel motorcycles on race tracks and unpaved roads. Moto Map Travel has a fleet of motorcycles that are suitable for off-road use; please contact us, and we will provide you with all the necessary information.

  • Rentals of 7 days or more include unlimited mileage. For rentals of 1 to 6 days, 300 kilometers per day are included in the rental price. Any extra kilometers beyond the 300 km limit will be charged between €0.30 and €0.40 per kilometer, depending on the model. An unlimited mileage add-on is available

  • Yes, you can change the dates of your rental for a fee under the following conditions:

    + Dates can only be changed once
    + Change must be made at least a day before pick up date
    + New dates must fall within 12 months from original rental dates

    A fee will be applied, equal to 20% of the rental price or €100, whichever is greater.

  • Certainly. If you and your friend want to switch motorcycles to try out two different models, that's no problem. In the event of damage, the renter will be responsible.

  • Of course! We offer free luggage storage. Any bags you don't want to take on your motorcycle adventure can be left with us until you return.

  • Upon picking up the rental, you will be provided with documentation that includes insurance documents and phone numbers to call in case of an accident, available 24 hours a day.

  • If you cancel your rental more than 30 days in advance, you will receive a 100% refund of your deposit. If you cancel between 30 and 15 days before your rental, you will receive a 50% refund of the total rental cost. If you cancel 15 days or less before, there will be no refund.
